1. Definitions
“Conference” means ICAIED 2027, held in London and online from 19 - 21 March 2027. “Participant” includes presenters, listeners, virtual attendees, sponsors, and guests.

Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to registration, participation, publication, and use of the ICAIED 2027 website.
2. Registration & payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Fees and inclusions depend on the category selected at checkout.
3. Cancellation & non-attendance
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Administrative and bank charges may be deducted; non-attendance does not create an automatic refund.
4. Event changes
The organiser may adjust speakers, sessions, rooms, or delivery format when circumstances require, while preserving the academic purpose of the event.
5. Invitation letters & visas
Invitation letters confirm registration only and do not guarantee a visa. Participants are responsible for all immigration applications, costs, and travel decisions.
6. Intellectual property & recording
Authors retain ownership of their work. Participants grant permission for accepted material to appear in conference outputs and for event photography or recording where announced.
7. Code of conduct
Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, disruption, and abusive conduct are not accepted. The organiser may remove participants who breach this standard.
8. Liability
Participants remain responsible for travel, insurance, equipment, and personal property. Liability is limited to the registration fee where permitted by law.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed for registration, event delivery, communication, and publication as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law & contact
