Abstract Requirements
STRUCTURE
One focused summary
State the problem, purpose, method, principal findings or expected contribution, and implications.
KEYWORDS
3–5 terms
Use specific comma-separated terms that make the subject and method easy to identify.
File format
Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF.
Author details
Enter names and affiliations in the form. Keep the review copy anonymous.
Originality
The work must not be published or under review elsewhere.
Language
English, with consistent American or British usage.
Full Paper Requirements
Length
4,000–6,000 words including references, tables, and figures.
Page setup
A4, 2.5 cm margins, single column, page numbers included.
Typography
12 pt readable type, 1.5 line spacing, clear heading hierarchy.
Structure
Title, abstract, keywords, introduction, method, results, discussion, conclusion, references.
References
Use one recognised academic citation style consistently throughout.
Figures and tables
Number, caption, cite in text, and provide accessible labels.
Review and Academic Ethics
Double-blind review
Remove author names, institutions, acknowledgements, and identifying file metadata.
Similarity screening
All submissions are checked with Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate).
Research ethics
Report approval and informed consent where human participants or personal data are involved.
