Submission & Registration
Is there a fee to submit an abstract?+
No. Abstract submission and the review decision are free. Registration is required only after acceptance if you wish to present.
When will I receive a decision?+
Normally within 7–14 days of submitting a complete abstract.
Can I attend without a paper?+
Yes. Choose Listener registration to attend sessions without presenting.
Payment & Discounts
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Card payment and bank transfer are available through the registration process.
Do you offer group discounts?+
Yes. Eligible groups from the same institution can request a group rate before payment.
Where do I upload a bank receipt?+
Use the receipt-upload section on the Registration page with your registration email and order ID.
Conference Information
Can I participate online?+
Yes. ICAIED is hybrid, with live virtual presentation and attendance options.
When is the programme released?+
The full programme is published by 12 March 2027 and emailed to registered participants.
Is the city tour included?+
Yes, the guided London tour is included for in-person participants.
Post-Conference & Publication
What is published automatically?+
Every accepted and registered abstract appears in the ISBN Conference Abstract Book.
Must I submit a full paper?+
No. Full-paper submission for the ISSN Proceedings is entirely optional.
Will every paper go to a journal?+
No. Selected papers may be considered, and journal editors make final decisions independently.
